Before we start running, there will be an interview. During this interview we’ll discuss the starting point for our training, such as what reasonable target we can pursue. Bit by bit we’ll get ready for the run you would like to participate in. Individually we can work on very specific issues.
During the group training we prepare ourselves for the run in which you are going to participate. It’s also possible that the time score is not your priority, but that you would like to participate for a social reason. You can meet other runners before and after the training.
The training is for all ages. Training can take place wherever you like!
