The SDY Bootcamp training starts with a ten-minute warming up and is followed by ten different exercises. In these ten different exercises we train all our muscle groups in a mix of cardio and strength. Each workout is for one minute, after one minute there is 20-second recovery time. After the recovery time we’ll go straight to the next exercise. After having done the 10 drills, there is a two-minute recovery time and we repeat the whole cycle again. The exercises are at different levels of ability. We can make it more challenging in the second round, if needed.
There is also another SDY Bootcamp setup in which we repeat the same exercises straight after each other. We have also a setup with less exercise time, and more recovery time.
