The small group training is similar to the individual training.
Team training for any club or team. Can be any kind of sport.
This program is intended for two different groups; first of all for people who already practice a sport and want to improve. But we also put focus on the non-active sporters. We’ll help people to build up an active and healthy lifestyle.
The training is for all ages. Training can take place wherever you like!
